Who We Are
Willis Johnson & Associates is a fast-growing wealth management firm where operational excellence plays a critical role in delivering a consistent and high-quality client experience. Our clients rely on us not only for thoughtful financial advice but for reliable systems, accurate reporting, and precise investment execution behind the scenes.
We work quickly, manage a high volume of client relationships, and maintain a high bar for accuracy and responsiveness. Our investment operations team ensures that portfolios are implemented correctly, data remains reliable, and systems run smoothly across the firm.
If you enjoy working with investment data, solving operational challenges, and building expertise in portfolio operations within a growing wealth management firm, you will thrive here.
